I'm inference. I've stuck with AI since the GPT-2 papers came out in my last year of high school. Agentic coding is where I started building: harnesses, skills, plugins. I adapted a friend's multi-agent system and run it on a home server. Now I'm moving to local inference, because I want intelligence to be a commodity. Open models keep getting much better, so I'm fine-tuning my own with SFT, hence the need for compute.

I also like markets, game theory and data analysis. I've been modeling edges in NBA markets on Polymarket, an ongoing experiment. In one week late last season it turned $5k into $60k. I spent a few years in crypto too, mostly on Solana. A lot of what's known in these spaces is esoteric or gatekept. I write to open it up, the way LessWrong, Gwern, Dwarkesh Patel and Noahpinion did for me.
